I just got done watching Panser’s reaction to that video. She has…a much kinder reaction than I. The video was alright. I guess to Horde players it would have been better, as ya know, as much as Blizzard wants to make Thrall this everyman orc, he is still Horde through and through, no matter how many beads he steals from Akuma. Aggra having a kid is one of those things I never even thought of enough to dislike the idea of, and that way of looking at her as a character persists enough to where those square dragon hands pressing against her stomach elicits no emotion from me. I actually care about it so little it drains emotion from me concerning things I normally care about.
Now onto the other part. Those Dragon Aspects, and oh no, now they have expended their magics…or something. Who the fuck cares. Honestly they have been more trouble than they’re worth in the world of Azeroth. Ysera has been too tired to do anything, Kalecgos just got the job from someone who was batshit loco, Deathwing is the reason a lot of this crap is happening anyway, Nozdormu was destined to try and break all the clocks, mundane and cosmic apart by being driven insane, like the Blue and Black Aspects before him. The red one, I cannot even spell her name got to Jaina levels of crying in the novel starring Green Jesus (Thrall). In the end, Azeroth is probably better off without those meddling kids. When I say kids, I mean giant magic lizards.
Last point about this video. This video feels like a silly-ass paraphrasing of the end of the War of Souls trilogy in Dragonlance. I am sure not as many people will have read that as will see the WoW video, but lemme break it down for you. The most important god in all the cosmos, Paladine, gives up his godhood, declaring now the world is in the Age of Mortals. He does this for a bit of a different reason (making sure the gods have even Rugby teams during their crazy celestial picnics), balance, where as the Aspects have used all their magic. Unfortunately this didn’t end up being like the first issues of Spawn where if they used up their magic they would die.
